Need insurance? Payroll? P-Cards? Gear? Crew? Vendors? We’ve got it. We’re not some scrappy film club—we’re a fully operational production company that is more efficient and moves a lot faster than the old-school shops.

A True Profit Share Model
Every job is owned by the Director, the producer, and the creatives. We believe when the people doing the job own the job, they will work harder and better than if they are just putting in their "days". We are bringing the independent film model to advertising.

Talent Scouts
We don’t just provide directors and hire directors—we discover them. The next great filmmaker could be an actor ready to step out from behind the camera, a DP or AD making the leap, or a TikToker who just needs the right project. Think of us as the farm team, scouting and cultivating future all-stars before they hit the big leagues.

Lean & Mean
Our tax accountant hates us. We have very few write-offs and assets. No offices, no overhead, no bloated fees. You pay for what you see on camera—nothing else.

Battle-Tested Producers
Collectively, we’ve done it all—film, TV, commercials, social, live events, experiential. Big or small, chances are one of us has been there, done that, and figured out how to do it better.
